Chakras are energy centres in the body. One may have a blocked throat chakra for instance and find it difficult to speak one's truth. Balancing and clearing the chakra will assist in many ways from the physical to the spiritual levels. Alternatively one may be recommended to have an advanced chakra balance, a subtle body balance, a ray balance, a causal body balance or a light structure balance which could include a merkaba or a torus field alignment.
